We will acquire a certified true copy of the title to determine if the property is free from encumbrances.

We will determine the zonal value and tax liabilities of the property.

Local Government Unit
We will acquire the tax declaration, determine the local tax liabilities and acquire barangay clearance of the property.

Courts of Justice
We will determine if the property is subject to a case pending in court.
